Refund Policy
All sales are final. Egen Media does not offer refunds for any payments made. Our team invests time, resources, and expertise into generating high-quality leads and executing campaigns, and as such, we do not provide refunds for services rendered.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time without penalties or long-term commitments. To cancel, simply provide written notice via email to [email protected] before your next billing cycle. Once canceled, you will not be charged for any future services, but past payments remain non-refundable.
Lead Credit Policy
- Incorrect Information: If an incorrect name, phone number, or address details are provided to the Client, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.
- Contracted with a Real Estate Agent: If the lead states they are contracted with a Real Estate Agent, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.
- Out of Area Lead: If the client receives a lead out of their service area, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.
When Will Leads Be Credited? Leads will be credited at the 1st week of every month.
Will unresponsive leads be credited? No. However, our team will reengage them for you.
